Punch Golden Era

Toro 6 × 52 PUGET

Punch Golden Era Toro cigars are a collaboration between Christian Eiroa and Punch that pays homage to a bygone era in Cuba when Corojo tobacco played a key role in almost every blend. this once coveted tobacco, first grown in Cuba, then abandoned to blue mold disease, has been successfully grown by the Eiroa family on their 650- acre farm in Honduras for the last several decades. Corojo tobacco is prized for its oily sheen, deep brown color, barely visible veins, and uniquely rich flavor. The cigars are expertly handcrafted at Christian’s Fabrica de Puros Aladino factory located in in Honduras using a dark and oily, Honduran Corojo wrapper, Honduran Havana seed Corojo binder, and a combination of Honduran Habano and Corojo long fillers. After lighting a Golden hour cigar, your palate will be greeted by a medium bodied smoke layered with luscious tasting notes of earth, leather, cinnamon, and spice , backed by a unique, signature sweetness only attained by Corojo tobaccos. One would think a premium cigar of this fine pedigree from two industry all-stars would command a steep price, but Punch Golden Era Toro cigars are sold here at JR Cigar in surprisingly affordable boxes of 20 . Buy yours today, and savor a nostalgic smoke that pays homage to the glory days when Corojo tobacco was king.
