No. 2 Belicoso Natural This is an expensive cigar for me. After years I ordered a few . It is NOT oily- which i was looking forward to has a dry feel- but it is Beautiful. Rolled to perfection especially the head. There was no flash of Big Flavor and no kick of wow. What it is is a perfectly crafted medium at best beauty with a really nice long ash. Not for me- I smoke for flavor... but i'm sure the rest of the world will be happy to buy my share. 3 5 1

My only negative is that it wasn't my typical favorite flavors which lately have been sticks with a lot of Nicaraguan ligeros but I take nothing away from the 1926 lineup. The ones I had were not super complex but still very good nonetheless. All things considered if you like Padron they don't get any better than the 1926 series. Size is up to you I prefer this size. You get those unique Padron flavors mustiness hints of dark coffee the perfect pepper bomb effect on the retro and of course a perfect burn with huge transitions from first to second last third. No. 2 Belicoso Natural Quite simply this is the finest cigar I have smoked to date. Pre-smoke my thoughts were it’s one of those deals where reality has to depart from hype. Well I was mistaken to say the least. The first third of this smoke was full of hickory wood and peppery spice with a beautiful evenly burning ash. Almost immediately you notice that this is a strong and full-bodied stick but not to a negative... it was just right. About an inch in I noticed a subtle chocolaty sweetness... pure delight! The second third turned into a creamy sensation with a nice coffee taste that slowly turned spicy into the final third of the smoke. I thought the last portions were fantastic! There were nice earthy tones to go along with the peppery spices. Close to the end tastes of parched nuts started to prevail leaving me truly sad that I could no longer hold onto the stick. 5 5 1
