Navegante Robusto One of my favorite cigars. The draw and burn are great and the flavor is amazing. The only downside for me is the amount of nicotine in it. I guess with the big flavor comes big strength with this one. It's not too much for me to handle but I have to go easy on it. I might just be on the more sensitive side though considering that the enclave is even stronger. 5 5 1

Navegante Robusto Beautiful looking dark oily box press cigar. Tons of earthy flavors with black pepper. Nice even burn with lots of smoke. Flavors blend nicely after 1/3 with hints of chocolate coffee and pepper spice. A very good full flavored cigar! 5 5 1
Navegante Robusto The robusto new world did not have the flavors I was expecting considering the other blends and though the construction was good the draw was super loose and the flavor was very bitter. I will need to smoke a few more to make a final decision but considering these are very affordable I say they are worth it no matter what. 3 5 1
Navegante Robusto I've only smoked one which was part of a sampler. It was sadly pretty horrible in every way but the draw. It tunneled had almost no smoke output with off flavors and a very wonky burn. I ordered a box anyway! 3 5 1

Navegante Robusto These navegante robustas are a great daily smoke, good medium full body, burns well, lots of some and tastes pretty good. I have gone through quite a few boxes and have not found any disappointments. If you’re into a decent smoke at a fair price, I would give them a try. 5 5 1

Navegante Robusto One of AJ's jewels. That true sweet Nica taste with serious depth, without being to Strong for most people. Nice easy draw without overheating. The flavor stays consistent through 3/4ths of the stick. One of my top 10 sticks, up there with Joya de Nicaragua, (on the strong side). Not the cheapest but worth every penny if you can afford it. Navegante Robusto One of my favorite smokes , have smoked many and never a bad one. AJ is one of the best I have found. Good burn smooth medium to full taste and you ash lovers will enjoy. Pairs well with bourbon, wine and good beer. Great in a golf cart. 4 5 1

Navegante Robusto This cigar has great consistency. A robust but not harsh full body. It reminds me of the way Padron thousand series use to be. It compares favorably with the great Nicaraguan Flor de Orlandos of the late Somoza era in the latter 1970s. A cigar over-shadowed by the Joya de Nicaragua at that time but superior in my opinion. It is worthy of the AJ Fernandez marque like so many of his blends. Most affordable. 5 5 1

Navegante Robusto This thing is beautiful and luxurious. I read some reviews but..... Wow! Pick it up and give it a sniff. The smell of compose deep and earthy Snip and a sip Cold draw reveals.... Nothing... Toast the foot and aged tobacco coffee with cocoa. Very nice draw not to tight not to loose with tons of creamy silky smoke but no complexity here First inch remains the same with a nice sharp burn almost through the first two thirds. Very cool silky smoke touching the pepper spice now. Something else comes in but can't put my finger on it.. slightly sweet like the burnt charred bits of berry from a pie. Lol Back to it ...last third comes on stronger with a nice nicotine punch and my eyes feeling it with a slight buzz. Ash has been pretty firm and grey with flecks of black. This wrapper is mesmerizing as it runs up the cigar to assault my senses. It's 1:45 am here in Mesa Az, we have had rain for a couple days to knock the blast furnace temps down so tonight is amazing and the perfect time for this smoke session. Back at it. I have to say that I pulled this directly from the JR box in perfect shape. A. J. Rolled one hell of a stick. This New World Robusto just won't go out. Nice slow burn when sipping and loads of wonderful captivating and now powerful smoke. Ooooweee. Hard to put down now the spice has kick up a few notches but not hot. Time to swill down some cinnabun coffee. This is an excellent smoke a little slow to the show but hange on because the end is worth the wait 1hour 45 minutes of smoking pleasure All I can say is try for yourself Peace 4 5 1

Navegante Robusto Had not the flavor and construction of this cigar been above average, I would have returned this box. Time and again, JR does NOT identify boxed shaped cigars in the SHAPE description. This constantly misleads the customer; and furthermore, customer service rarely knows if they are box pressed or not. The JR culture has changed dramatically in the last six months. Everything from stripping the Loyalty Program to a nothing program, to reducing promotion discounts, and unrealistic limitations on promotion usage. The list goes on. Maximizing short term results rarely succeeds as a long-term strategy. Customers will tire of it and take their cigar business elsewhere. Competition does exist! 2 5 1
