Punch Double CoronaI ordered a bundle of twenty of these for my husband, and was sent another kind of cigar (Rocky Patel Vintage 1992 Churchill). He said they were similar but he prefers the Punch. I called customer service twice, and wrote to them once about this issue, but I never received a response. I have ordered from JR Cigars before without any issues, so I was disappointed in the lack of response.241

Punch Double CoronaI am sorry, I know what I said in the other review but I am really sorry I bought these. This is the 9th cigar that is as hard as a rock. Okay, maybe one or two but the 9th is almost half. I know there will be more and i am not happy about this at all. How do I rate something like this. Zero doesn't appear on the list. Sure I won't buy them again but this is a lost to me. If this is the future of Jr's brand then I won't be buying them anymore.141
