Ordered this for golf. Long stogie that does not clog-up toward the end of smoke. That's nice. Light/medium strength. Lasts me about 4 holes. Good draw. Recommend.

The cigar is fine but something is seriously wrong at JR. There is no customer service. I leave messages and get no call back for the last few weeks. I try to place an order using discount codes I get from the e mail and it is rejected. I just don't understand. Everything used to work perfectly until y'all started messing with your web site and computers. My frustration level is high. Please explain what is happening and when it will be fixed so we can all get back to normal....
