Toro Great flavor with a very smooth draw a straight burn and nice smoke output Aj Fernandez outdid himself on this one. 5 5 1
Toro Just finished my 1st one. Excellent burnash flavors were spot on. Great draw. I didn't want it to finish. Everything AJ touches turns to gold. The price is right so a must have for the humidor. 5 5 1
Toro Well constructed however tobacco quality mediocre 3 5 1
Toro What can I say? There is a reason they are sold out everywhere. One of my top 10 cigars. Every cigar has been an easy draw burns evenly with great ash smooth flavor and nice finish. I've almost finished the box and all have been consistent. 5 5 1
Toro If you have a chance to smoke a Cuban H. Upmann ....you will be as surprised as I was to find this cigar is almost a dead ringer for that cigar. Spicy on the lite than smooth with that Cuban Floral note through out ...I have become one of AJ's biggest fans over the past year. This kid is one of the new bright lights in Cigars today... 4 5 1
Toro The best endorsement I can give a cigar is that I don't want it to end. That is very true of this cigar. It's the best cigar I have smoked in a while. And I have smoked more expensive cigars than this one. Definitely the best Upmann I ever smoked. Now it is the only Upmann I want to smoke. 5 5 1
Toro Nice little surprise smokes very slow and smooth another nice AJ Fernandez cigar 4 5 1
Toro I have been on a run of excellent AJ Fernandez versions with various brands. So I bought a box of these based on that and the reviews below. I was not disappointed. Simply a great smoke(albeit after only one cigar out of the box) 5 5 1
Toro I love it a contender against the bellas artes.spicy on the start calms to a sweet and flavourfull cigar! 5 5 1
Toro This cigar is wonderful. The peppery taste at the beginning and the smooth mild taste in the middle back to the pepper at the end. Burns steady and will give you extreme pleasure during the entire experience. Also can't beat the price for such a quality smoke. 5 5 1
Toro This is by far the best H Upmann that has ever been crafted. I’m glad Altadis USA is reaching out to other blenders like AJ Fernandez. This needs to happen more because the flavors and profile expectations have changed for smokers in the last 10 years. They are more knowledgeable and have higher expectations so Altadis, my hats off to you. This is an incredible smoke. 5 5 1
Toro Great construction, great draw. I found the flavor to be 3-4/5 but the construction quality to be 5/5 4 5 1
Toro Good smoke, nice draw. 4 5 1
Toro Good daily smoke. 4 5 1
Toro Good like it a lot 5 5 1
Toro Great smoke but I LOVE these in a Churchill build. 4 5 1
Toro Upmann has jumped on the AJ Fernandez bandwagon, and thousands of new cigar smokers have flocked here to explain to us how great they are, and how this "new flavor profile" is the big new thing. There is nothing new about the flavor of AJ's cigars. There have been mediocre Nicaraguans forever, and that's how every AJ Fernandez cigar tastes. They all taste the same, regardless of brand. I'd love to see a blind taste teste between these and one of the cheap bundled Nicaraguans. I bet it would be an eye-opener. If you like a cigar that tastes like a barnyard, save your money and buy a bundle of cheap Nicaraguans, and write "created by AJ Fernandez" on the band, and you'll be ahead of the game. 2 5 1
Toro Flavor like any other AJ Cigar ..nothing special . Im Maduro guy 3 5 1
Toro AJ always comes through 4 5 1
Toro dont know why all aj cigars cant hold their ash but this is no different. have smoked 4 diff. by aj cigars all the same before an inch after lighting ash falls off. and none of em taste any good this would be the worst so far as far as flavor. 3 5 1
Toro A very enjoyable smoke. Medium body with a slightly loose draw. You have to baby it a little. 4 5 1
Toro Aj need I say more…… 5 5 1
Toro I've given several of AJ's versions of popular brands, as well as his own a try. They have all been consistent.....too harsh. Great construction though....no refinement. 3 5 1
Toro Not much flavor however with a good bourbon helps. 4 5 1
Toro i prefer Romeo AJ and Monte AJ to these...plus you can find them cheaper than the H. Upmans...that being said, a good cigar when not compared to it's counterparts 3 5 1
Toro I keep these stocked due to the flavor profile, great construction and consistency. 5 5 1
