Corona I have been smoking the H Upmann 1844 reserve corona since 2012. Two boxes bought in 2026. Roughly half of the cigars will not draw. They are hard as a rock. I will not buy any more, but will stick to the Vintage Cameroon, Original and Classic. 2 4 1
Corona I received one of these cigars as a part of the JR's 10-cigar promotional sampler set. This 1844 Reserve cigar is wonderful in flavour, but it had to be touched up multiple times throughout the smoking experience. I am willing to give it a benefit of doubt, as perhaps this one specific cigar was just an outlier. Therefore, I am recommending this cigar. Respectfully submitted. 4 4 1
Corona cigar is loosely wrapped so inhaling is not an issue, burnt well and has a mild flavor 4 4 1

H. Upmann 1844 Reserve

Corona 5.50 × 44 UP18C5

Ditch the boring, predictable heritage smokes and step up to a historic legend re-engineered for the modern palate. The H. Upmann 1844 Reserve Corona 5.50 x 44 is crafted for enthusiasts who demand timeless pedigree with an extra heaping of attitude. This medium-to-full-bodied powerhouse flips the script on tradition by delivering sophisticated, high-octane complexity. Beneath the toothy, dark Ecuadorian Cubra wrapper (a hybrid favorite for blenders) lies a robust Nicaraguan binder and a rich core of aged Dominican long-fillers. The elegant Corona format concentrates the smoke to let thick notes of cedar, earth, roasted nuts, and peppery spice dominate your palate. Now available in highly portable packs of 5, they are perfect to travel with, share at a weekend herf, or gift. Add yours to cart at JR Cigars today!
