Hobart I tried this based on a recommendation from JR Concierge Turner and I'm glad I did. As I've moved toward mellow and mellow/medium profile cigars, I am always on the lookout for a flavorful smoke, avoiding maduros for the most part. This cigar was a delicious surprise- a slight sweetness complemented the earthy flavor. An anytime cigar that is consistent from first puff to last. So glad that the Sherman blends were rescued by Ferio Lego. 5 5 1
Hobart Sweet and spicy, excellent construction. The wrapper has a sweet flavor that compliments the rich flavor of the binder and filler. They taste just like I remember when I used to go into the Nat Sherman store in Manhattan. Nat would be proud that the legacy continues. 5 5 1

Ferio Tego Metropolitan Host Maduro

Hobart 5 × 50 FTMHMHO

Ferio Tego Metropolitan Host Maduro Hobart cigars are produced by Michael Herklots and Brendon Scott, two former Nat Sherman executives turned premium cigar makers. Both men purchased the rights to the now defunct Nat Sherman blend names, including these Host Hobart cigars , with the stipulation that they never use the Nat Sherman brand name on any of their products. The cigars are rolled in a popular 5 x 50 Robusto format in Honduras , using a dark and oily Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper paired with the finest aged binder and long filler tobacco from Honduras. Medium bodied, slow burning, and exceptionally smooth, each puff produces rich, captivating flavors of chocolate, earth, leather, spice, and hints of black cherry. Order an affordable 18-count box of these rebranded Nat Sherman cigars, and enjoy Ferio Tego’s fresh new take on a timeless modern-day classic.
