Corona de Luxe Recent attempt to report dissatisfaction with recent shipment was not pleasing. I attempted to comment on dissatisfaction with recent shipment. Agent was reluctant to hear that my last order appeared to contain random cigars that did not draw evenly. She ended conversation with something the order of: We can't help you because you alreadt opened the Box! 3 5 1
