Like the others in the series, the cigar starts on Finca Natalie, the Perdomo fam in Esteli, Nicaragua. The region’s volcanic and nutrient-rich soil gives the tobacco its backbone and flavor. The 10-year-aged honey-colored Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper also spends eight months aging in bourbon barrels before it’s rolled. The result is a more refined wrapper that looks as stunning as it smokes. Under the wrapper is a Nicaraguan Shade-Grown binder and a blend if Cuban-seed Nicaraguan fillers from three of Perdomo’s most highly regarded farms in Esteli, Condega, and Jalapa. Each region brings something different to the table. Wrapped in barrel-aged leaf, the cigar lands in the medium-bodied range and features creamy and rich notes of cedar and honey.
