Robusto A winner for the money. 4 5 1
Robusto This cigar does not have notes of; Dirt, rawhide, banana splits,or lobster. It does have hints of great tobacco. If a Baccarat is a one-and a Punch oscuro is a ten....this is a five in strength.Having now smoked a bunch of these I still stand behind it as a great value and a really good cigar-the construction and burn are consistent. 4 5 1
Robusto As far as I can tell, this is a bundled version of Villiger Cuellar Kreme. This review is based on my first cigar from the bundle, less than 24 hours after delivery. The pros: clean burn line with no canoeing and a perfect, conical ash. Great flavors on the mild side of medium. Perfect draw. Great construction with a solid cap (maybe a double cap?). Perfectly applied band with no adhesion on the wrapper. The cons: wrappers are splotchy in places. My first cigar had small cracks in the wrapper at the foot but theses did not lead to splitting or cracking during the smoke. My guess is that these are cosmetic seconds of the Villiger Cuellar Kreme sold in bundles... (hey, who needs another empty box?). So, all in all, a great value from J&R. If you like Villiger Cuellar Kreme, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase theses. 5 5 1
Robusto A rather mild stick. Some flavor but not over powering 3 5 1
Robusto Draw, consistency and construction were good. Flavor was pleasant throughout. It seems more medium than mild. Definitely a good choice to rotate through. 5 5 1
Robusto Most all sticks have a good draw, not plugged. Smooth flavor for a daily driver, finish is peppery, recommended smoke 5 5 1
Robusto I’m a prior cigarette smoker who quit in 1991. I’ve spent some years now getting the occasional cigar when something good happens for someone so I’ve gotten curious about just being an occasional cigar smoker. So, I consider myself a beginner/novice cigar smoker in training. As a beginner I found this to be a pretty smooth smoke. I’ve had much worse. Nice draw, built well, solid all around. For the price, I’ll be smoking more of these in the future for sure 4 5 1
Robusto I ordered the Villiger Select Connecticut ROBUSTO, but TORO’s were sent instead. I ordered two bundles because they were ROBUSTO’s at a great deal.. JR’s told me to send back and they would refund. I need smokes now and didn’t want to hassle with returning. That’s all. TORO’s aren’t bad, but just disappointed they weren’t what I ordered. 3 5 1
Robusto Great draw, good flavor, yet better price. I was curious when I saw the company originated in Switzerland. In the late 1880s. I recommend. 5 5 1
Robusto You really can’t beat these for the money. Mild but with a nice flavor profile and a nice even burn. 4 5 1
Robusto Not a clue, could be enjoying 1 right now. 3 5 1
Robusto My review went away and I ain't starting over 4 5 1
Robusto I like a good light Connecticut, I originally bought these because they were on sale and I thought what the heck I’ll give them a try. Man I’m glad I did, just out of habit they went straight to the tupperadore along with a water pillow and a hand full of well seasoned Spanish cedar deadman’s blocks. I have not had a single issue yet from a single one. They’ve burnt even, drawn vey well, have a great flavor and I look forward to them like a stash of high priced rarities I keep stashed away for a treat ever so often. I have to honestly say I think I’ve found one of my new favorites I’ll be keeping in definite rotation. I have nothing but good things to say about these. 4 5 1
Robusto Great cigar for the money. We'll be buying it again. 5 5 1
