Victory V-Cut Cutter Not a bad cutter, but it's definitely not top quality. Then again, you can't expect much at a price of $3.99. So, it cuts fine, although the cut does tend to be a bit more shallow that I would've expected but nonetheless it does the job. The customer service agent was wildly rude, expected me to look up the order for her and double check to see if things were sent in multiple shipments with multiple tracking numbers. Nope, they threw a few cigars in a box and marked everything shipped and delivered! Snotty customer service agent told me she couldn't do anything about it online, I had to call them. I told her I found this ONLINE company ONLINE, ordered ONLINE, and paid ONLINE. She basically told me too bad for me. Glad I paid with a trusted credit card! This company is obviously fraudulent.
