550 Habano This Oliva is good but without fireworks. Taste is good construction too. In my opinion 8/10 4 5 1
550 Habano This packs a punch. Flavor and strength if you're looking for it. Good draw with lots of smoke and a good burn. Dont smoke on an empty stomach. 4 5 1
550 Habano This most certainly isn't the Oliva of Melanio fame -- flavors were all wrong uneven burn super needy just to remain smokeable... honestly this was a worse disappointment than the Partagas 1845 I picked up with this cigar. Because I didn't expect anything from the Partagas (which coincidentally is what I got from it). Keep it movin'. 3 5 1
550 Habano Olivia cain just was not for me just so blah just a cheap stick with horrible flavors just a big fat no 2 5 1
550 Habano This is a. Erg pleasant cigar with a fruity and leather taste and note. It burns well with a solid construction. 4 5 1
550 Habano This Is One Of My Favorite Blends. Farly Stron. The One Word That Comes To Mind Here Is Toothy. Definitely Nicaraguan Rockin Lighero. 5 5 1
550 Habano Long smoke time. Burns great. Spicy then leather with some other flavors. Pretty strong too. 4 5 1
550 Habano Cain 550 is a delight like almost every Oliva Wrapper and burn are great and it's finish is complex without being w 5 5 1
550 Habano Spicy and delicious. great burn. this is one of go to's now. I keep a box on hand at all times. Construction is very good. Once and awhile I get one that needs a slight touch up but really like these 4 5 1
550 Habano The Cain 550 habano is awesome right out the box great smoking condition full flavor and strength smooth and robust 5 5 1
550 Habano The Cain being pure ligero carries some significant strength. The flavor itself never quite catches up though. The burn was perfect as was the overall construction. 4 5 1
550 Habano Nice slow burn, draw and flavor and finished just right First time I tried an Olivia Cain and was very happy with the cigar. 5 5 1
550 Habano Goodness from start to finger burning finish 5 5 1
550 Habano The Cain 550 is my main go to cigar. Lately, I’ve noticed some construction issues that cause significant draw issues. The box from JR has been consistently outstanding. I like a full bodied cigar and the Cain 550 delivers. Excellent smoke and the price at JR’s is the best I’ve seen. 5 5 1
550 Habano I have become a big fan of the CAIN line of Oliva ... To date, I've tried all of the blends minus the Maduro - that will happen soon enough. The Habano as the others has a Great Tight Wrapper from cap to foot, and has a slight sheen to it. The wrapper has a very deep rich cocoa aroma. Snipping the cap the dry draw didn't offer the taste of cocoa. But then again, my sense of taste is not nearly as heightened as my smell. I cannot taste all the nuances others can differentiate. The draw itself was easy and showed off the usual CAIN beauty of a great tight wrap but offers a good draw with no mention of hinderance no matter how deep you go. After a single blue flame light of the foot, the first draw offers up a load of smooth smoke and my first retrohale is met with A HARD STING and my sinuses enflamed so fast tears came to my eyes. WOW - it was HARD! After blowing out the rest of smoke I was met with pepper to the sides of my mouth and palate. The first 5min with a minute rest between draws, the smoke was quite pleasant and the pepper evened out across my mouth and tongue The burn is nice and slow and I began a 2min rest between draws and the stick remained lit without having to huff it 2x to get a glow. This is what I like about the CAIN, the burn is slow and stays lit very well. The ash is very sturdy at this time and an inch long (12min). It has a slight whiteness to the light gray and the coinage is excellent. The first third remained the same - a tamed pepper across my mouth and tongue. 25min in and I'm still in the first third.. the ash is 2" and sturdy with no sign of lean or wanting to break apart. 40min and I'm into the 2nd third and the pepper is all but disappeared. It's very faint at this point and the retrohale no longer has a hard sting to it. It's barely noticeable. The wrapper is getting shinier and the smoke has settled down very will. This is a borderline Strong smoker. One hour into this burner and I'm halfway with very little sting in the retrohale and the pepper is gone. 80 min in and I'm into the last third and it's like a switch was flipped. The smoke is so silky and now there is a creaminess to it and from the cap. I'm feeling a little buzz now, which doesn't happen very often with me. I'm still resting a min to a 1.5m between draws and this Cigar is EXCELLENT... The creaminess is now all around my mouth and on my lips and the smoke continues to be creamy silky smooth. Not many Habano's offer this kind of experience. I wonder if its the Ligero? I am now 1hr 45min into this burner and I have 1.5" of cigar left. I only smoke to this small of a nub when I don't want to put the burner down. I want to light another but elected to set this nub down and patiently wait to try this one again. 5 5 1
550 Habano Great smoke - well built - tasty all the way through 5 5 1
