Maduro Toro Only been smoking cigars for a year started off with the mellow Connecticut. Been sticking with Maduro and then found this . I may not be very smart but I know what love is. 5 5 1

Maduro Toro I bought both the Maduro and Habana version; the maduro is hands down the better of this cigar collection. They are both great smoking cigars but the maduro is far superior than the natural shade. I'm only going to be getting the maduro for my daily cigar because of it's great taste burn draw and cost. You can't go wrong with the maduro toros!!!!!! I've had cigars from $-$$$$; and I can't believe how much they compare to the high end cigars. 5 5 1

Maduro Toro I was skeptical at first but thought I'd give them a try and was pleasantly surprised. These are great smokes for a bargain price. Very nice consistent burn that I never had to touch up. They have a very nice draw. They are nicely put together and constructed and offer great taste So much so... that I immediately put in another order for the same and will now always keep some on hand for a daily smoke. Maduro Toro Very nice cigar for price. Square or box press more in a rectangular shape. Razor sharp burn and medium to full body but not harsh or overpowering. Good Nic flavor and reminds me of a poor mans Padron. Certainly worth the money! 4 5 1

I paid the extra $10 for Priority Shipping, when I placed a telephone order with Allen the morning of 8/8 and asked Allen whether they'd ship out that day. He assured me that they'd ship on 8/8! I got them later the next week, and they were all dried out an crunchy. Scott apologized and promised he'd be sending me a Return Label so that I could box the crunchy dried out cigars back for a full refund. No Label or email confirming our conversation ever got here. 1 5 1

Imagine my surprise when my order arrived and I received not Toro’s, but a solid brick of box-pressed Lonsdales!!! Fantastic flavor, burn, and construction! These scream Padron’s Monarcha’s. Don’t know how I got so lucky as I ordered more the next day, and this time received just really good Toros. Anyway, the Lonsdales stay in one of my humidors for special occasions while I enjoy this great 2nd order. Still wonderful flavor, draw, and construction! A bargain folks! Maduro Toro I was happy with the previous 5 bundles, however the last bundle is terrible. Last bundle is smaller than previous batches and has a significantly smaller ring size that is box/square. Taste is almost intolerable in this most recent batch. I may call it a loss and send the remaining 15 of 20 cigars into the trash can. In fairness, JR does warn you that size may vary but the quality here was extremely bad. 3 5 1

But man, these things are good!! I figured with so many positive reviews I couldn't go wrong, and y'all's was right. Maduro Toro Excellent cigar but I would never buy them again. If you can't trust getting what you want it does not matter wheather they are good or bad. A company as good as JR shoud never send people what they did not order. It puts a very bad taste in my mouth,and ruins your excellent reputation. 1 5 1

Maduro Toro BUYER BEWARE! I would love to provide a fair and balanced review of these cigars however ten days after having made the purchase JR Cigars has not shipped the cigars. I reached out to JR Cigars four times, twice by phone being assured by the customer service representatives they would resolve the problem and call me back and twice by customer service message. Not only has JR Cigars not resolved their failure to ship the cigars I paid for they have in no way made an effort to accommodate me (the customer) there has been no call back and no message from JR Cigars. I was finally forced to purchase three boxes of cigars from Cigar International. I did this on Friday Oct 14, 2022 immediately after my time was victimized by another of JR Cigars customer service representatives who obviously have been directed to waste the customers time and wear them down until they go away. Cigar International shipped my order that same day. At this point the only thing JR Cigars has done effectively is to immediately charge my credit card at the time of service for the cigars they have not provided. When a business takes a customers money in exchange for goods and or services while failing to provide said goods and or services that is robbery. These actions by JR Cigars constitute nothing less theft by merchant. 1 5 1
