Toro The Montecristo Crafted by AJ Fernandez Toro is a very yummy stogie with strength 5 5 1
Toro Like everything he touches (AJ) it turns to gold. The taste is so good and really well balanced I did have a couple relight issues in the beginning but it did work it’s self out. 4 5 1
Toro I went to the big smoke 2017 and 2018 and met Frank S. Aj's right hand man + met with AJ again he is a great person I asked Frank about this cigar and he told me this cigar's tobacco is all aj's tobacco and this is just 1 more of his famous sticks and I have always had his legendary smokes in my cabinet humidor and this is a good cigar for sure !!! 4 5 1
Toro this has become my go to cigar love the flavor and the way it burns 5 5 1
Toro My regular smoke is the Montecristo classics. I enjoy full bodied cigars but for the day-in and day-out I like the mellow/creamy flavor of regular Monties. I was surprised by this cigar. Nice flavor but nothing like the Montecristos I'm used to. Constructed well nice even burn and pleasant draw (used a v-cut). Much heavier smoke not much cream but a very prominent cocoa taste. I'd buy again but it's by no means going to replace the regular Montecristos for me. 4 5 1
Toro Wow! Got these as what I basically considered a “throw in” for buying a 5 pack of Monte Whites (my absolute favorite). Figured I was playing with house money here but dang this cigar was awesome! Smooth strong notes of caramel and cocoa! A great cigar! 5 5 1
Toro Very smooth and a pleasure to smoke. Full of flavor from foot to nub. The end of this cigar came to soon 5 5 1
Toro Very nice medium body smoke. The draw is just like you would expect from AJ Fernandez cigar. Two of the big name in The industry come together for this beauty 5 5 1
Toro Aj did a good job with this one. Could have had a little more flavor. 4 5 1
Toro I tried a 5 pack of these only because AJ Fernandez is involved. I had all but given up on Monte's but now I'm back. Very nice stick great draw/burn and flavors. Will be buying more of this version 5 5 1
Toro The Toro is my favorite size on this blend. The smoke is perfect. Thick chewy smoke which leaves an oil slick across the palate with just the right amount of spice cream buttered nut and earth flavors 4 5 1
Toro I was a little worried after the first one. Rolled too tight and I struggled throughout. Despite that the flavor still came through. I am smoking the second one now and the draw is too loose. However The flavor is dead on. I really like this smoke and hope it gets more consistent with its construction on future sticks. 3 5 1
Toro This stick is phenomenal!!!! Great flavor with a nice smooth draw. Worth every penny. AJ Fernandez has done it again. Looking forward to my next one 5 5 1
Toro All and all a too cigar with true flavors and tones of leather and grass with a cranberry finish. It's a nice slow very slow burning cigar. 5 5 1
Toro Like I said it before this is one fine line of cigars and especially because Mr. Fernandez brought these cigars to life! 4 5 1
Toro A beautiful cigar the slightly smaller ring gauge than the robusto makes the Toro Nice vitola for me and this collaboration is a great combination! 5 5 1
Toro The toro is my favorite size in this blend. The nice black pepper spice with a Nica powered blend is no joke. This cigar is a must try in my book. Dark coffee and caramel with some earth and leather mixed in 4 5 1
Toro Draw was a little tight on this one at first but it opened up after a few when it got warmed up. After that perfect even burn and well balanced flavor. 4 5 1
Toro Okay to be honest I find the Montecristo blend to be about as exciting as a mid-day nap so I'm definitely biased here. Plus AJF is my kind of guy. So in what amounts to only my opinion and if you agree with anyhing that I said above buy these (if you can afford them) and spread the wealth. This is one of those cigars that you will remember and always want more of. This cigar absolutely blew me away. 5 5 1
Toro As with anything that I have tried that AJ has blended it is a very good cigar. The construction of the 2 that I have had so far has been absolutely perfect with a perfect draw and even burn down to the nub. Flavor though exceptional I still prefer most of the Diesel varieties over this blend. 5 5 1
Toro Great cigar. Very tasty. Medium flavor. Love the size and the box shapes effect on the draw. 4 5 1
Toro Wow! Smooth flavorful great draw and burn. I've only smoked one so far but With AJ Fernandez crafting these beauties I am sure they will be consistently great. 4 5 1
