I got one of these in a sampler about 3 months ago and I knew this one would be rated high. Very nice draw and smooth as heck. A bargain at that price IMO considering what you get.

The OG Monte No. 2 is one of my all time favs but this one might unseat it. Construction, Draw, flavors (coffee, nuts, spice), aroma, smoke…checks all the boxes.

So, if you’re thinking Montecristo, let me help you. Think full flavor like a Rocky Patel 1990 or 1992. If you smoked this on a blind taste test I doubt many would guess Monte anything. It’s full but not ashtrayish. It’s delish. Pairs great with rum. Draw is perfect, burn perfect. No relights required. If you’re disappointed with Platinum and White (like me), give this a shot with confidence.

Can’t stress enough just how fantastic this cigar is. Reviewed the cigar about 15 months ago and can still say with much confidence that the draw and burn are consistent, and the flavor is not only just awesome…it is beyond…especially in the first half. The 1935 Montecristo is an excellent cigar, love the dark wrapper . I was looking for a high end cigar that would be the best Montercristo I have had. It was good, but not the highest rating of Montecristo's I have tried.
