Valentino I reward myself with this cigar. My last purchase was woefully lacking in construction quality. At least half of the box contained. cigars that were not finished correctly resulting infrayingand exposure of the filler. It required an entire bottle of Perfect Repair to make those approximately 10 cigars smokable. The draw was fine once repaired but the experience was exhausting. I ra purchase this cigar because I'm not made of money making matters even worse. It will be a long time before I risk this purchase again. 3 5 1
Valentino Right off the bat there was a fast draw, but not from poor construction. The ash hold really well. There is an outstanding taste to start - peppery and very well-balanced, but not as good a finish. It leaves a tough-on-the-palate leathery lingering after-taste. I’d say the backend is not as well-balanced as the initial draw but still a very good cigar. 4 5 1
Valentino I find myself drawn to this cigar in large part by its' appearance. Wrapper, powder blue label. After lighting up, my first impression was the ash - almost a snow-colored white, Spicy, pleasurable flavor similar to El Jefe, even burn, rarely need to relight, excellent draw. I like large cigars - I'll pick the Mi Amor Valentino when I have 90 minutes - two hours for a relaxing smoke. 5 5 1
