Corona I am going to pop in here and write another review of these cigars. This review has nothing to do with the quality and taste of these cigars, which is excellent! The current problem is the price! Over 18 months the price has gone up from $69 to $166! Now you can complain about tariffs but a $25% tariff does not justify a 142% price increase. I can buy a box of 25 Arturo Fuentes for $177, why would I buy these instead! I can buy 2 boxes of 10 Samurai coronas for around $120 (if you have not tried these you are missing out! They are as good as the Fuentes!) It is sad because I really like these cigars but I can no longer justify the cost! With the quality of the JR alts going down the way it has, JR house brands are no longer the buy they used to be! The house brands were my main reason for doing business with JR. Maybe not in the future! I hope it doesn't come to that! 3 5 1

Corona This is now my "go to" large smoke. Well worth the extra cost over the JR Alts. The quality of the Alts has gone down. I used to buy the Alt. Punch Coronas but they have been unavailable for some time. I tried to Cohiba Alt. Corona but was not impressed. Some have a hard draw, the binder comes off after cutting or wrapper unwinds. I've not had that issue here. These are nicely aged so you don't have to wait a month before smoking them. A week in the humidor and they are ready to go! If you are looking for a quality corona without spending a fortune, you cannot go wrong with these smokes! 5 5 1
Corona The has been one of my go to smokes for several months. A very smooth smoke, good draw and good construction. My only complaint is that the price has gone way up in the last several months. Why would I pay $160+ for a house brand cigar, no matter how good, when I can pay $11 more and get Fuente Cuban coronas. 4 5 1
Corona I have had nearly every size of the JR Ultimate line of cigars and the corona is my Goldilocks of the Ultimate line. I know that when I sit down to smoke a cigar I don't want a cigar that I will have to fight to keep lit or relight. The Ultimate corona has been very consistent in construction, flavor and draw. The Ultimate line will cost more than other cigars, but it gives me the satisfaction of pure pleasure without having to fight a poorly rolled cigar. It has the great Honduran flavors of well aged tobacco. I will continue to buy these cigars. 5 5 1
Corona This and the petit corona are my 2 'go to' favorite cigars. This whole 'line' is excellent, especially for the price.I prefer the maduro corona & petit corona but I like 'em all! They can be smoked O-T-T but a few weeks improves everything about this cigar! The Punch Elite series is similar but the Ults are better11 4 5 1

Corona Most of the time I have a general idea of how a in house cigar brand will be. Mostly basic and hit or miss on construction. This cigar comes packed in a classic way with wonderful construction and great flavor. The ultimate line is breaking these rules and people should jump in board. 5 5 1

Corona Very nice cigar. I find it best after 2 months of acclimatising in your humidor. Reminds me of Cubans of yore, medium, mellow and tasty. Some problems with burn. 4 5 1
