Partagas 1845 Gigante I happen to be smoking one of these sticks as I write. I got these on sale a few months ago and let them sit in the humi for awhile. They are quite smooth and pleasant, going well with coffee. They are consistent from stick to stick and I've had no construction issues. The longer they sit the better they get and the larger ring gauge makes for a cool smoking experience. I can't speak much to notes of chocolate, earth or spice but what I do taste is a mellow sweet flavor that sits quite well on my taste buds. As I near the end of the stick ( and I've smoked quite a few over the last weeks) the flavor becomes more intense but never loses it's smoothness. I usually smoke them down to the nub and enjoy every bit of the cigar. 5 5 1

Partagas 1845 Gigante I sold cigars for years as a hobby. One of my favorite cigars is the Partagas 1845 Gigante. These JR alternatives are as close to the original as you can get and it doesn’t break the bank. I smoke big name brand cigars a lot that cost four times much this cigar is a nice alternative. When I have a group of guys come over for poker or relaxing on the deck I pass out these cigars(doesn’t break the bank) and everyone always ask what are they and where do I get them! 5 5 1

This is a nice medium bodied smoke with a good flavor profile all the way to the nub. Partagas 1845 Gigante Not a bad cigar. Earthy and peppery but fairly one dimensional in flavor. Construction is good and it burns evenly with a good toasting. Easy draw...maybe too easy. This is my first experience with JR branded Cigars. Ring size was supposed to be a 60 (my preference) but my cutter says otherwise...more like a 54. Decent value so keep that in mind as you set your expectations. 4 5 1
