Macanudo Prince Phillip I've been trying numerous medium strength cigars for a few months now and this is actually my favorite. I havent finished the 1st bunch yet but every stick has been consistent great smoke even burn and ash. No way to touch this kind of value with this good a smoke anywhere else!!! 5 5 1

Macanudo Prince Phillip My favorite large cigar alternative. My go to cigar. The only comment not 100% positive is true for most of the alternatives the lack of aging brings in some bite/bitterness. But that is why these are alternative at a great price. Good enough that I just can't buy enough to let them age in the humidor. I end up smoking them! 4 5 1

Macanudo Prince Phillip I'm really fussy about my cigars. I wasn't real impressed with the JR Alternative Montecristo #2 but this Macanudo alternative is an incredible deal. Draw on the three I've smoked thus far is excellent and the taste in longer cigars can be bitter when you get past the 3rd inch or so but not with this gem. 4 5 1

Each one I’ve had (about 6 so far) has started ok with a nice draw and flavor and about half way through it starts to burn uneven, hard to keep burning, and becomes harsh and nasty. Next time I’m buying the real Prince Philip for this is exactly what it is ........cheap..... you get what you pay for. 2 5 1

Macanudo Prince Phillip Very nice for casual deck smoke, golfing smoke. Medium cigar, smooth and even burning. Most impressive to me is the even draw. I’ve had only 1 or 2, out of many, many bundles that required a poker to improve the draw. I like this a lot for an everyday, evening smoke. 5 5 1
