So far this and the CAO Maduro alt are my top two. You won't be let down on flavor. Out of the 80 cigars from the 4 different alt blends I've tried only 3 sticks were too tight. At the price I can't complain about 3 duds. I will say it is oven that they won't burn even but I care about flavor who cares if it looks pretty. I smoke up to 3 stogies a day can't smoke $15 sticks all the time. You won't regret any blend you try. 4 5 1

Excalibur I I have purchased this product several times this last batch was poor in quality. I called customer service for a refund and was told they would send a shipping label rather than a refund. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then did not get satisfaction. I still have not received a refund or the return label. For some reason the construction was poor this time. 1 5 1
Excalibur I These are wonderful when they come from Nicaragua. However when they come from Honduras they are quite terrible. It says Nicaragua is the country of origin on the website but you never know what you're going to get. 2 5 1

Excalibur I I fell in love with the Hoyo but not the price as a daily smoke. I love the maduro which is a very rich medium flavor but does not leave your tounge feeling like you dipped it in a pepper shaker. These sticks offer a very close alternative for a fraction of the price and I find the draw more consistent than the real thing (I have had too many bad experiences with the Hoyos.) Withe the alternatives, once in a while I get a really tight draw and one time, got a bundle that was terrible but I buy 1 to 2 bundles a month so that is pretty good in my book. 5 5 1

Excalibur I Overall this is a good smoke. Some burned unevenly but you get what you pay for. The construction was better than average. I would say however that this does NOT remind me of an Excalibur. It was extremely heavy and on the bitter side which surprised me because Excalibur is not that way and because other reviews say it is a mild smoke. So while I like the stick the bundle I received is heavy enough to give a long-time cigar smoker who likes heavy cigars a little bit of a buzz. That hasn't happened in a very long time. 3 5 1
Excalibur I These cigars are tasty and smooth. I'm no connoisseur but they are well constructed seem to have overtones of sweet and burn smoothly and consistently. I did give them some time in the humi (about 2 weeks) which seemed to help. 4 5 1

Excalibur I I love these cigars. They have a nice dark flavor that goes very well with my coffee. Just by way of comparison I also purchased the spring sampler pack. I like these sticks better because they have more flavor than the name brand sticks in that collection. These sticks last a good long time too so I find myself grabbing one of these when I have several different choices to make; that in itself tells me a lot about these cigars. The only reason I don't give this batch a 5 star review (which is rare for me) is because they are making me work just a bit to hard on the draw to completely enjoy the stick. 4 5 1

Excalibur I I have purchased these cigars for years and I’m noticing that while they are still very tasty, the burn quality hasn’t been as good as of late. I’m getting a fair amount of canoeing on some of the cigars and the number of cigars that burn and draw perfectly are getting more scarce. Maybe that’s what is to be expected from a three dollar cigar in but perhaps better attention can be placed on the bill quality. 4 5 1
