Delicados Disappointing Quality, 7 to 8% on my last 2 orders cigars did not compare to the Cigars I purchased prior to the virus. Cigars are damaged first 1 to 2" wrapper and the burn is not consistent. This is the 2nd survey that I submitted. I have been purchasing Cigars from JR for over 10 years, your quality has deteriorated. The last 2 orders got my attention. I hope this survey will help to improve the quantity. Thank you Bob 2 4 1
