Regular Let me say this right upfront, none of this complaint is the fault of JR Cigars. Your service is excellent and your prices are the lowest I've found. I had a small issue a while back, your customer service solved it promptly. That being said, I've smoked Gambler regular for years with no problems. However, in the past few bags, I've notice a definite drop in quality. There seems to be many more stems and sticks along with some unprocessed tobacco, that makes for a poor smoke. As I said, I like Gambler, I don't want to change. However, if this problem persists, I may be forced to choose a different brand. Thanks for the opportunity to air my grievance. 3 5 1
