Toro Surprisingly good smoke. It obviously isn't a $10 cigars but you would be hard pressed to find a better smoke at this price. Smoked 2 right off the truck and both were pretty damn good. A bit harsh to start but smoothed out nicely. Good draw well constructed good everyday smoke. I do attribute the harsh start to being right off the truck with no chance to settle. These have the potential to be a fantastic smoke with a little rest. Will definitely buy again. Recommended! 3 5 1
Toro Dollar for dollar a good value. Quality is always consistent. Ammo box usually arrives beat up by the post office. so far two have arrived with the corners broken at the latch. A little more padding would be helpful? 3 5 1

Toro How can you go wrong with a long filler cigar for $1.08 a stick?! Once you get to the black name band it's a 50/50 chance you will want to toss it away. Sometimes there is too much gum on the band and the wrapper gets torn. At times it's just too harsh to enjoy post band. But at this price just toss it away and get another! I always have an ammo box of these standing by. I based my four star rating against other cigars in this price range. 4 5 1

Toro Comparing Easy Eddie's to anything else at this price point is a no brainer. Outstanding! I should say this is the worst thing in the world so I'll always have them available for ordering but then I couldn't look myself in the mirror knowing I lied so much. This is the first cigar that arrived via mail/UPS that didn't need to sit in my humidor for a while. JR has hit another home run with this smoke. 5 5 1

Toro I am retired--on a fixed income and an EVERY DAY smoke is all I am budgeted for... So... while I generally subscribe to the law of You get what you pay for These are not that bad. I have bought three boxes so far. There have been several plugs and a few badly wrapped in each. That said There have also been some delightful smokes mixed in as well-- the nice oily wrapper with the beautiful even white ash and a near perfect draw-- the kind you have to sit in the car and finish even if it means arriving late to an appointment. So all in all Not Bad for a hand rolled El Cheapo... 2 5 1

Toro I was smoking one the other day when it suddenly developed an acrid chemical taste. I cur off about an inch but the whole thing was contaminated. The next one I smoked caught fire when it was lit but not near a flame. The only other such anomaly I have ever seen was a cigar with a piece of gum in it. That was about 50 years ago. 3 5 1

Toro This was my second ammo box of fast eddies and unlike the first, it turned out to be a dud. The first box was great with maybe a total of one (1) bad smoke, and that being too tight. So far I smoked 7 from the second box and had one (1) good one. The rest burn up the middle, so I am constantly cutting an inch or two off the ends. So for the construction alone it should be in the minus star rating, of which their is none. I Should send the rest back for a credit or refund, but I keep saying maybe,, just maybe, the rest will be good. Doubt it , but hopeful. Will never buy this brand again 1 5 1

Toro Customer Service, For the past decade I have really enjoyed shopping for cigars at JRCigars. As a member the free shipping was a nice perk. I must admit the last six months I have become disillusioned. I receive six to ten emails daily with offers of "specials" and have often tried new and different cigars, but lately the cigars are already sold out when I receive the email. I love the JR alternatives as well as my everyday cigar the Nicaraguan overruns Habano Robusto Extra 5.50 X 54 Maduro. For the past six months every time I receive the offer for bundles of twenty for $29.99 they are already sold out, with no way to even backorder them. I was finally able to purchase the Cohiba alternative this week after those had also been out of stock. Thanks for the refund for the Easy Eddiesbut frankly I need some cigars. I was wondering if sales have increased due to the pandemic and more people are smoking due to being homebound? Toro Took over 8 days to receive them.. I've been a member for over 20 years. I normally would not do this rating but for my January 3rd 2024 order after waiting 8 days to finally receive them. With very little help from customer service I ended up having a few tasting off like stail and also about 4 of them crackling open not good at all on this order and no consideration at all from customer service. Not sure what to think right now I spend so much money every month for years with this company. AND BECAUSE OF THE EIGHT DAY WAIT I HAD TO SPEND ALMOST $60 ON SINGLE PRICED LOCAL CIGARS.
