Crowned Heads Blood Medicine B+

The Crowned Heads Blood Medicine B+ 2026 Limited Edition 5 × 52 is the legendary white whale boutique cigar fans have been demanding. What kicked off over a decade ago as a top-secret, event-only project has officially exploded into a cult favorite. For this highly anticipated drop, Crowned Heads completely ripped up the rulebook, dialing the raw intensity all the way up. Handcrafted at TacaNicsa under the watchful eye of Eradio Pichardo, this version trades its old coat for a new active ingredient — a gleaming Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper. An initial slap of snappy red pepper and rich leather beautifully melts into sweet molasses and espresso. It is dark, it is meaty, and it comes in a heavy-hitting box of 21. Don’t sleep on this drop—grab yours at JR Cigars today!
