Unfortunately, they were very dried out and the wrappers were peeling off before I even got 10% through the smoke. Fresh out of the packaging and sitting in my humidor the results were the same. 2 5 1
Romeo y Julieta 1875 Toro Connecticut Nicaragua I ordered a $170 box of cigars. JR sent me a $280 box. I brought it to their attention and I was told I should return it. After they received it back, they would credit my account & I could reorder the box. I saved them $130. I was offended that they didn’t trust me to return the box after I brought this discrepancy to their attention. I’ve been a customer for more than a decade. After I returned the order after a holiday weekend, the promised a 2 day shipping as I was leaving town. After 3 days the order was not received. I contacted JR where they said there was a”miss communication “ & the shipment went out regular mail. Their reply was for me to contact UDPS to see if it could be found & expedited. That didn’t work. I asked to discuss this comedy of errors with a supervisor & was advise a supervisor would contact me on Monday. As of Tuesday, I have not received anything. I brought this discrepancy to their attention & have been treated disrespectfully 1 5 1
