Dominican Master Sampler I just ordered this not too long ago got it earlier today and couldn't help myself and smoked one. Even after the shipping it went through it wasn't dry and had no damage at all. The draw was perfect as well as the burn I'm going to let the others rest for now before I try them really excited for the montecristo platinum as i've had it before and was not disappointed. 5 5 1
Dominican Master Sampler Admittedly I am biased to premium Dominican cigars! This sampler is perfect for that new cigar smoker who isn't quite sure what they're into yet. Never give a new cigar smoker a Honduran or Nicaraguan cigar! They are too strong and the myriad flavors could be enough to push them away from this wonderful hobby of hours. From the Ryj's to the Montecristo I could smoke this sampler over and over again and be content to leave my Cubans rest in the humidor. 5 5 1

Dominican Master Sampler The only reason this was not a 5 star sampler for me. The Casa De Garcia's. They were awful. I don't know if they are flavorful smokes or not because EVERY ONE OF THEM in the two samplers I purchased had NO draw. Literally< i could not pull any smoke into my mouth. Even with a tool for such, they were so much work that I put everyone of them out less than a third into each stick. Every other stick so far, perfect. Each stick was fresh and flavorful. Great variety. No need to rate any further, you have my opinions. 4 5 1

Dominican Master Sampler A great selection of cigars. I hadn't had many of them so this was perfect to try and see what I like. The only bad ones of the bunch were the casa de Garcias. Those were quite awful. Other than that each cigar has its own unique taste and construction. All in all a great sampler I recommend. 4 5 1

Dominican Master Sampler Like all of JRs samplers the Dominican Masters gives me a great chance to try different cigars. Being a beginning cigar smoker really, and puffing on cheap cigars from a local shop, this gives me a great chance to try quality cigars at a fantastic price! There’s nothing like relaxing after dinner with a great smoke and a cold beer. Even though I’ve only been getting cigars from JR for a short time, I’m already developing a taste for certain types and brands. Example, I really enjoy the Oliva O series ( 7/50 Churchill). Dominican Master Sampler I'm a daily smoker. I've bought this sampler before and it was great. This time around I received what was obviously and old, improperly stored master sampler pack. I tried a couple of them over a few nights. The first one I tried (Romeo y Julieta) was as hard as wood and bitter, I couldn't smoke it. The next one, the Montecristo, was so bitter I couldn't smoke it either. The third one - Montrecristo White I was able to smoke but it tasted like an old cigar - bland. Several of the others have loose tobacco in the cellophane wrappers. I called about getting a refund and was told they don't give refunds on samplers - even though they are defective. I live in a state with a hefty tobacco tax in addition to a sales tax so these cost me $20 extra in taxes, plus $10 shipping. I also got a pack of JR Alternatives in this order, and those are so much better than this sampler. Can't recommend these at all. I'll buy the JR alternatives in the future, but I'll go to the local shop for any premium cigars. 1 5 1
