10ct Mixed Brand Sampler I cannot review the product because I never received it. This promotional item was out of stock, yet JR Cigars still charged my credit card and shipped the order without notifying me in advance. This was not the first time. It was the second time this happened with a promotional item. Both times I had to contact customer service myself to find out the item was unavailable. I placed this order specifically because of the promotional offer, so this experience was especially disappointing. Because of this, I lost confidence in JR Cigars and returned my entire order. Customers should not have to discover after shipment that a promotional item they paid for was never available. This was one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I have ever had, and unfortunately I will not be purchasing from JR Cigars again. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering promotional items from JR Cigars. 1 5 1
