Menthol I placed an order for Cherokee menthol tobacco for two 5 pound bags but I received two 1 pound bags. I called customer service and I was told it would be corrected but nothing has been shipped to me as of yet. I should not have to call everyday to check on this order correction but I have called 2 times and I'm frustrated at this point. The last call I was told that other orders had to be filled prior to correcting my order which I find horrible customer service as my order was shipped incorrectly even though I placed it correctly. This is the first issue I have had with you guys but it's a huge issue to say the less. 1 5 1
