84% Boveda 320G 6Pk Carton JR sent mold covered Boveda packs twice. Two separate orders from JR for six packs of the 320g cartons, each time covered in mold. Having to then deal with JR customer service is no treat as it is very time consuming and often goes wrong. Examples being wrong items sent, etc. I am still waiting for the “free knife” advertised, and the return of 4000 Loyalty Points that were taken from orders canceled by JR but JR still has not returned the Loyalty Points. That is $200 in points still not returned. Have I contacted customer service? Hours on the phone and endless emails always being told it is being “ looked into”. 1 3 1
84% Boveda 320G 6Pk Carton 1 cubic foot per 320 gram pack is overly optimistic. My cabinet humidor is under 3 cubic feet, and it takes 6 of these to keep humidity at acceptable levels. In a desert climate, it takes the 84% packs to do the job. 3 3 1
