Black Star Line

Aric Bey doesn’t make delicate sticks, and the Black Star Line Eugene Bullard Corona Gorda 5.50 x 46 drops serious Nicaraguan heat on your palate. Before making history as the world’s first Black combat fighter pilot during WWI, Bullard lived a wild life as a boxer and French resistance spy. Rolled at Erik Espinosa’s famous La Zona factory, this blend wraps a toothy Mexican San Andrés Maduro cover leaf over a Nicaraguan binder and a heavy Nicaraguan filler core. Light this up next to strong black coffee to watch the profile evolve. Every long draw brings rich waves of bittersweet chocolate, dark espresso, and black pepper. It hits a medium-to-full-bodied experience that stays entirely entertaining (much like its namesake) throughout. Grab your box of 10 online today at JR Cigars.
