Between The Lines I discovered your website and apps while I was searching for a few cigars Thompson Cigars were out of stock on. Your apps were amazing. I really loved beat the dealer and the ability to buy one day specials. I purchased one to test the waters and received the cigars with no problem. Next I was off to the auction app with high hopes!  April 8th the app had a box of 25 Arturo Fuente Hemingway between the lines on a one day auction. Bidding low and I set my limit at 80 dollars thinking I wouldn't win and waited to see what happened. I won! The cigars showed up yesterday with a problem. There were only five not the box of 25(I can send a screenshot if needed of the app auction).  I called today and received a return label to be emailed to me. Unfortunately that was a typo is the only message  I received from customer service. Nothing about working with me or coming up with a resolution at all.  Your apps are amazing but if your company doesn't have a solid foundation to suport your customers I don't see how you are going to be able to retain the new customers you will gain through the apps. 1 4 1
Between The Lines This is a very nice tasting cigar. The barber pole wrapper is a very nice treat. The cigar starts very nice. Smooth and good draw. The flavor is a great profile. My gripe is the cigar burns hot because of its size. A good choice overall. 4 4 1
Between The Lines Fair draw fair burn the different wrappers makes good transitions of notes. Good cigar for a seasoned aficio but maybe something fun for a fairly new smoker to try as well to note the different transitions. 3 4 1
Between The Lines Would Smoke These Every day of I could. Flavor is great and the size and shape males for an enjoyable smoke. 4 4 1
Between The Lines These are a great yard smoke and give away stick. Friends will love them on the golf course it hanging at the BBQ. Just the right size for a 20 min smoke that is packed with complexity and not to strong. 3 4 1
Between The Lines A medium bodied and strength sweet and very smooth smoke. Enjoyed very much. Construction was spot on draw was perfect & had no burn issues. 4 4 1
Between The Lines While this is an excellent cigar however I don't think the price point is justifiable over the standard or maduro Hemingway lines. 4 4 1
Between The Lines A beautiful looking smoke. Always well made and this is decent in flavor. Great draw. Hints of wood a slight citrus and some nuts. 4 4 1
Between The Lines I bought a box of these and get an email from JR saying oops they are sold out. 1 4 1
Between The Lines Order went through yet it was sold out, you never contacted me to let me know it was sold out, I had believed for 5 days that my order was placed yet I never got a tracking number or an email telling me that it was sold out due to being out of stock. Why would my order go through if it was out of stock? I’m never using your website again. I’m very upset that you don’t even care enough to send out an email telling a customer that the order they placed is out of stock, I had to call you up days later to find out. That’s a terrible way to treat your customers. 1 4 1
