Gran Toro i was disappointed in this cigar. the first few that I smoked had too much spice or burning fly ash as I call it. This characteristic evolved during the Cigar Boom of the early 90's and has been ruining cigars ever since usually from the addition of Nicaraguan tobacco most of which I find to be either too bland and flavorless or too harsh with some rare exceptions. On the plus side the construction is decent the draw is good and I haven't smoked enough to comment on consistency. The flavor is there but has a disappointingly harsh overtone. 2 5 1
Gran Toro The first Prensado I tried was a robusto from an Alec Bradley sampler pack. I stubbed it out because it was extremely harsh and unpleasant, and I thought it tasted like dirt. However, I got a box of 10 Prensado Gran Toros free with another purchase, so I gave them another chance. Wow, am I glad that I did. That first robusto I tried must have been an outlier, because I absolutely love this cigar now. Great construction, perfect burn, and amazing flavor. I will definitely be purchasing more of these in the future. 4 5 1
Gran Toro I received these free with another purchase and was pleasantly surprised to find they are a great cigar. Great construction, perfect burn, easy draw and amazing flavor. I only had a few from the box so far but I expect the rest will be consistent with this. I will definitely be purchasing some of these in the future 5 5 1
Gran Toro This cigar is a favorite of mine, and i can see why it’s rated so highly. 5 5 1
Gran Toro After reading the reviews, I was interested, but skeptical. Everything about the cigar is exactly what others have said. An amazing smoke. I wish I could smoke this every day. Disclaimer I don’t give out five stars unless it’s a perfect cigar. With that being said, if I could, I would give it a 4.9. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Good cigar overall, but flavor wasn’t my favorite. That is based on just one cigar to date. Next smoke might hit me differently. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Great night cap after a great meal. Always leaves me looking forward to my next one 4 5 1
