Gurkha

Symphony

This project shows a different side of a brand famous for full-throttle heavy hitters, proving they can conduct a mellow masterpiece when they want to change the pace. Handcrafted in the Dominican Republic, the recipe hits all the right chords by matching a golden Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper with an aged Dominican binder. Underneath, a dual core of Nicaraguan and Dominican long-fillers acts as the rhythm section, delivering a harmonious performance that lets the natural sweetness take center stage. The classic Robusto 5 x 50 hits a high note of dense, thick texture right from the first chair down to the final third. If you want to stretch out the performance, the Churchill 7 x 48 drops the temp down an elongated barrel, letting the subtle cedar and roasted nut characteristics glide smoothly across your palate without missing a beat. By bringing these 20-count bundles into your rotation, you lock down a dependable selection that holds its own during any casual porch session. It is a welcoming arrangement giving both a great change of pace and a steady go-to when you're ready to unwind. Pick up your favorites at JR Cigars today and conduct your own tasting session.
