10 Cohiba Red Dot Robustos These cigars were sent old and stale! The cigar was hard and the wrapper stated shredding while smoking the cigar. When i contacted Customer Service to make them aware, the rep had to speak to a supervisor, who told me there was NO remedy to my complaint since the cigars were free( they were a bonus and one of the reasons i ordered them).I was told to give the cigars away or throw them out. I asked to speak to the Supervisor and was told she (her name was given to Me a Forever) she was unanviable and would call me.! SHE NEVER DID! I would never recommend JR aver receiving such horrible treatment!!! 1 5 1
