Jambo I do like most Montecristos some better than others. This is a good cigar but not what you would expect for the price. There are a bunch of Monte's that are much better in fact the Monte comes to mind. The cigar burned well enough but did require some work. The cigar was good enough but the taste was somewhat uneventful especially for a Montecristo.. There are too many really good cigars out there to get this one again. I don't regret buying it but wouldn't do it again. 4 5 1
Jambo This is a solid cigar. It smokes well and deserves some time in the humidor. Not bad at all. Gets a little hot towards the end. 4 5 1
Jambo I will stop buying from JR due to your biased and unfair shipping cost policy. You have a policy with allows lazy and selfish buyers to buy two or 3 cigars at a time instead of bulk buying. JR should have graduated shipping and free over $50. Keep your $29 special for those without humidors. 4 5 1
Jambo I just smoked one of these not my first and I was moved to write a review. The way JR describes them is right on. No exaggeration. Perhaps not for everyone they are different the way a Cuban Partagas is different. It tastes distrnct. Nothing like it. Try one you will know right away if this is for you. I'm an everyday smoker and I've been smoking cigars for many years. Thiey are a must try in my book. 5 5 1
