Principales very good but delivered a little dry from jr. even with the humidity pack in the bag. im sure its more difficult to humidify a building than something you can pick up in your hands but i've gotten a few shipments that were a little dry from jr. like the maduro a little better. you can light from the included cedar which is kind of cool. 4 5 1
Principales Always loved this stick. Turned my buddies onto them 20 years ago and it's still my go-to cigar. Pretty consistent with a nice even burn; mild to medium with that cocoa/coffee taste you hear about on other reviews. Price has creeped up over the years which is a disappointment but better than paying $7-$8 a 'gar for others in this category. 4 5 1

Principales Ok set your expectations correctly and this isn't bad. It rates low on the dog poo scale. The consistency of the Tobacco roll creates an inconsistent ash. The smoke is good and abundant and the taste can be a bit harsh at first and mellows toward the middle. Overall it's not bad it's also not a $8+ cigar and nor should it be. 3 5 1

Principales Shipped from JR pretty dry. Not terrible harsh or acrid but not great tasting either. Maybe tobacco is a little young or they are inconsistent based on the excellent reviews here. Liked the maduro a lot. Better options out there even at this price. 3 5 1
Principales So since my last review this cigar has found it's way from 67 to 85 dollars for a box. I will still say bang for buck it is still a very good cigar but there are now other options just as good if not better given this latest price point.... In my opinion the Rocky Patel seconds are one example. I also found that this latest box did not have the same consistency in flavor as the other half dozen boxes I've ordered. 4 5 1
