I can not say how good these cigars are since I received the wrong type/order. To make matters worse, I experienced my first ever bad customer service call from JR out of the small handful of times i called. The rep whom I spoke with (including supervisor) said I can't return because it was a closeout deal and almost nothing was done to alleviate the issue. Not a special coupon for my trouvle or a replacement. Nothing...I never heard of a company that would make an error oj their end and say "sorry, we can't do anything" . Being a customer for 6 years and having 2 accounts, I'm shocked at the lack of assistance from JR. It's situations like these that makes one think twice about being a loyal customer. I don't know what I'll do with this wrong order, but I hope JR improves it's customer service or takes this issue as a learning experience. Sadly I am not a happy customer. I'll passing my experiences with our local cigar club.
