Magnum There is nothing to like about this cigar. Very inconsistent some to tight some loose almost all plugged to some extent. Terrible burn pattern most burn very uneven and most canoe. Very band and tasteless first half of cigar. Second half starts to have taste but it is not good. Very disappointed and will never order again. 1 4 1
Magnum Out of a box of 20 I thought a good day cigar. 5 out of the 20 hard draw poor construction. I wont be buying JR brand again.Save you $ for a quality cigar. 1 4 1
Magnum I found about one or two that had good decent taste. Most seemed very dry and lacked flavor. I was very disappointed at these cigars. 3 4 1
Magnum I normally rave on JR "house" cigars. Alternatives? Generally awesome. These? Eh. I had a box of 20, of which 12 were slightly tough to smoke, 4 were abhorrent, and the rest were just OK. The ones that did smoke "OK" were tasty enough, but geez! With the alternatives to the Monte Dominican stuff, skip these. I hate to say it, but these are certainly not a go to for me. I gave then 3 stars because of the price and the ones that did smoke well were decent. But not great. Case Blanaca are better...and I don't like those. 3 4 1
Magnum Not bad for the price but needs to be packed tighter. 3 4 1
Magnum First 3rd would start out fine but then would begin and end an uneven burn pattern. The next 3rd continues the consistant uneven burn, requiring constant trimming. Then re-lighting the uneven and unburned filler. The final 3rd demonstrated that a even stronger draw was required to keep the burn going. Which was starting while drawing on 2nd third. Surrendering the final 3rd sometimes unsmoked. No special flavor ever comes out that makes it a stand out. 2 4 1
