Rocky Patel '92 Toro I had ordered a bundle as I have had this before and very happy. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, the bundle package had been opened and 6 of the cigars were missing. I called JR as I have been a customer for nearly 15 years. When I explained the problem, and I had used one of the cigars, the wrapper was dry, but taste was just fine. JR sent be a new bundle to replace the opened one - great service! 4 5 1

Rocky Patel '92 Toro Had good experience with these in the past but this last box, all of them split from the caps 1/3 of the way up all at the same vein. Very upsetting since I’ve had to trash most of them. As a last ditch effort tried to reconstitute with direct humidifier but still split. Won’t be trying these again. 2 5 1
