Excalibur III Good smoke seems a bit stronger than Medium but overall a pretty good cigar. I will be ordering more. 4 5 1
Excalibur III Very good smoke - smooth and enjoyable - great smoke for about 7 holes of golf - then have another one ready if you want more 4 5 1
Excalibur III I buy these all the time. Half the cigars usually have a lousy draw. 2 5 1
Excalibur III I am a big fan of the "real" Excalibur III. These cigars are very close and a heck of a lot less expensive. Very well made and very enjoyable. 5 5 1
Excalibur III Burns terrible 3 5 1
Excalibur III Nowhere near an Ex111, but I didn't expect it to be. Fair everyday or golf course smoke. 3 5 1
Excalibur III Excalibur tHE SWORD OF KING ARTHUR 5 5 1
Excalibur III Pleasantly surprised at the quality. After 5 still have not had any construction problems and the flavor is consistent. Seems to burn hotter than the originals. 4 5 1
Excalibur III Order came thru very eell 5 5 1
Excalibur III The "real" Excalibur III was my standard for years. These cigars are very close and a heck of a lot less expensive. Well made and very enjoyable. 4 5 1
Excalibur III Not quite the real thing but so what? I got these on Black Friday for 29.95! That a buck and a half a piece... 4 5 1
Excalibur III I buy these all the time. Half the cigars usually have a lousy draw. 2 5 1
Excalibur III This alternative to the Excalibur III is a consistent winner. Smooth fine draw with a pleasant mellow flavor. It is the perfect selection for a smoke that does not short-change you on enjoyment time nor create a demand when you just don't have enough time to sit back and savor your cigar. 5 5 1
Excalibur III These were once pretty good cigars now every time I get them either you can't draw on them or they keep going out. 2 5 1
Excalibur III JR has stopped paying attention to the quality of these. They get worse by the year, what use to be 3 bad (Draw) cigars a bundle has now become about 15 cigars with a terrible draw. I've been smoking them for about 30 years, since the previous owner Lew Rothman retired this line has gone to hell. What was once a gem is now garbage. I bought about 20 bundles of these over the last few months at 20 & 30 percent off, and its still not worth it, I'd never pay full price for these again. As a matter of fact, I can't see myself ordering them again. I have to question the 5 star reviews on here, who ever is giving these a 5 star rating can't be smoking many of them. Sometimes you get a good bundle, most times you wasted your money. 1 5 1
Excalibur III the problem i had with my last order is that about 1/3 of them came unwrapped quickly after lighting. If not for that they would be great. I shouldn't have to lick it to death to smoke it. the ones that didn't come un wrapped were very pleasurable. 3 5 1
Excalibur III Excellent cigar Has all the qualities of a well constructed cigar 5 5 1
Excalibur III Store customer, ordered online due to the store being closed during the stay at home order. Excellent experience. 5 5 1
Excalibur III Very pleased with these cigars. They're well made with no small pieces of tobacco that come free. The flavor is good. 5 5 1
Excalibur III I started buying the Excalibur III because my usual choice has been out of stock. However, this cigar is pretty good substitution! 4 5 1
Excalibur III Smooth and easy draw. Just what I expected. 4 5 1
Excalibur III I would order again except I’m sorry to say they were dry. As I smoked them they would peel apart. Draw, smoke and flavor were good... but, I’ll be looking for a box cigar next time. 3 5 1
Excalibur III I think JR is getting these made from a different place now. They were out of stock for about 6 months and now their back…..WORST THEN EVER!!! Just about every cigar tunnels and burns extremely hot, the ones that don’t will canoe and burn extremely hot, and if their not doing that, the draw will be so tight it will be unsmokeable. I bought 3 bundles when they came back in stock and I don’t think I got 3 good cigars out of the whole lot. And with all of this, they taste crappy also. Terrible Terrible Cigar!!! 1 5 1
Excalibur III They seem to have gotten better since last year. 3 5 1
Excalibur III The Excalibur III is a favorite so thought I would try these. Not a replacement for those. But.... I also used to buy lots of Casa Blanca Reserves in the Cameroon wrapper. Those disappeared many years ago. They returned a couple years back and were awful. I wrote a review on those. Less than one star if that was possible. I waited a year or so and bought another box. These were just as bad in my opinion. So no more Casa Blanca for me. Until I found these and discovered it is a very decent replacement for the Casa Blanca. I'll buy these again for that reason. There were a few draw issues, but nothing else wrong. 4 5 1
