Governors These smoke well and are very flavorful! Good smoke for the $$ 5 5 1
Governors The Rosa Cuba is a very good smoke. They are one of my favorite s 5 5 1
Governors The flavor is pretty good and a mild to medium smoke. The construction is a little bit on the soft side but not bad. At far less than a buck apiece they are a really good value. If you do get one from time to time that draws hard or whatever you aren't out much. These last about 5 holes of golf. As far as this brand is concerned the angels size is the best. Those little things are amazing 3 5 1
Governors Rosa Cuba is one of my go to cigars for everday and this stick is unbeatable for a cheap and enjoyable smoke. 4 5 1
Governors Good size good smoke good price. I'll be purchasing again. 4 5 1
Governors while I love the consistency and draw of Angels Gov are super dry (even after humidor rest) does not draw evenly somewhat harsh. will not order again 2 5 1
Governors Rosa Cuba is always a bang for the buck cigar. Excellent draw and burn consistency throughout the smoke. Stick to stick it remains my favorite budget smoke. 4 5 1
Governors Good smoke for the money but not as good as the 5.5 x 44 size that is always on back order. 4 5 1
Governors Nice smooth smoke. Some uneven burn. Enjoyable to smoke. 4 5 1
Governors Very inconsistent but OK if you get a good one. Otherwise uneven burn hard to keep lit sometimes a wiff of asphalt. Keep these for people you don't know. But they are decent if you get lucky so how lucky do you feel? 2 5 1
Governors Great every day cigar at an amazing price. Smoked this brand before. Always good! 4 5 1
Governors First tried Rosa Cuba about a month ago from a bonus JR sampler. Saved the band as I always do with stogies that I like. Good construction good draw and good burn. Not complex but notes of coffee and mild spice medium body. I prefer a punch cutter on these as the filler is short cut. Just ordered another bundle. 3 5 1
Governors This is a good everyday cigar at a great price. I always keep some on hand. 4 5 1
Governors good value 3 5 1
Governors A very good every day mild smoke. Can't beat the price. 3 5 1
Governors Good smoke for the golf course. 3 5 1
Governors Great yard work smoke! 3 5 1
Governors I have been a ROSA CUBA GOVERNORS buyer for 25 plus years. They are the best cigar for money. Given how taxes have driven the price up I would have given up cigars if not for their affordability. True their construction is sometimes wanting I have solved this using a sharpened golf tee which always solves the problem of difficult draw. I was started on cigars by Joe Roth himself at his neighborhood retail outlet in midtown Manhattan sometime in the 1970s and have been a loyal fan. 3 5 1
Governors One of the best values I've found at JR Cigars. 3 5 1
Governors No Post office shipping option for on-line customers that match the call in orders. UPS takes too long while the PO gets here in 3 days. Cigars are great and prices are good. 3 5 1
Governors These sticks are very inconsistent but for the price it's hard to complain. One in 3 makes for a fairly descent cigar however. I will buy again for spares. 2 5 1
Governors Nice flavor with consistency stick to stick. Short leaf filler sometimes causes uneven burn. Overall not a bad cigar for the price. Will order more in the future. 3 5 1
Governors It's hard to complain about this stick for the price. My only issue is the inconsistency of these cigars. Some have such a bad draw that they are unsmoke-able. Not the best construction either. But like I said hard to complain given their price. 3 5 1
Governors This is a great budget smoke. I keep them in my humidor at work. It's a great go to smoke if you don't want to spend lots of money on name brands or if you just want a reliable smoke to share with your buds. 4 5 1
Governors Uniformity constructed it had a slight squad-off torch end solid end cap. It had a thin brownish wrapper with green over-tunes nicely build nice and straight . The burn ring lacked consistency most likely from the many different fillers. I smoked this stick over a two day period outside in the garage at about 30F The Rosa Cuba smoke did not permeate the cold wet garage space it did demonstrate a very nice boutique when dragging the cigar. This cigar would not hold up well in a walk on a cold breeze day. 2 5 1
Governors mot ty my taste 3 5 1
Governors Dont buy from jr. There customer service is so bad 1 5 1
Governors Great cigar for all occasions 5 5 1
Governors my regular cigar good price 4 5 1
Governors I've smoked different sizes of these for years. When I was working and could afford better cigars, they were my yard gars. Now they are my regular smoke. Have had a few bundles over the years that were too tight and one that was a little loose. But overall quality is equal or better than most higher priced smokes. Flavor is more mild tobacco unless they are aged, but who ages a cigar in this price range? Had some get put in the back of a humidor for almost a year. These had a smooth vanilla flavor. You can't go wrong with these. Great for beginners or to smoke while working in the yard. 4 5 1
Governors I just smoked my very first Rosa Cuba from a sampler ordered from Jr Cigars. I enjoyed this cigar very much and it was very smooth but filled with great taste and aroma! I just ordered a bundle and can’t wait to receive them! Very nice smoke! 4 5 1
Governors A good, dependable inexpensive cigar. 4 5 1
Governors Good everyday smoke 4 5 1
Governors As a frequent purchaser of Rosa Cuba cigars, the Governor's did not measure up to my expectations. The wrap was loose, the draw was not acceptable and the flavor was inconsistent. Will stay with my go to 6×60, never an inconsistent product, always great! 2 5 1
Governors good cigar but sometimes they burn unevenly 5 5 1
Governors Smooth and great taste....lasting a pleasure to smoke 5 5 1
Governors Great everyday smoke. 5 5 1
Governors came moldy made m,e sick 2 5 1
Governors WHEN BUYING A CIGAR YOU NEVER FOCUS ON THE DRAW AND USUALLY BREAK IN HALF LIKE BREAD..I USE TOBACCO AND COFFEE, WHICH IS WHOLE..I PARTICULARLY LIKE CUBAS TAKE ON ADDITIVES, NO CIA ACCEPTANCES..I ALWAYS BUY CHEAPER FROM JR, WHEN DRYING OUT MOLDY TOBACCO IT IS POSSIBLE TO SMOKE IT AGAIN, TOBACCO FIGHTS AGAINT BAD MOLDS.. 5 5 1

Governors Burns nice and even, draw is nice and decent. It's very light and smooth, this is a good yardstick. 3 5 1
Governors Reminiscent of Hansotias La Conquista or Black widow 5 5 1
Governors thought this one might be blah but I was very wrong...well worth the money...not to be rushed 5 5 1
Governors These have some good sweetness and light spice with just a hint of pepper. Good inexpensive smokes. 4 5 1
Governors These are surprisingly good for the money. Nice even burn, good draw. On the mellow side, but overall a great smoke. I think these are a great value purchase. 5 5 1
Governors A smooth, flavorful cigar that surprised me the first time I tried one. I was expecting a blah smoke. That was 2 years ago and I’m still smoking them. These are well worth the price. 4 5 1
