Toro I have been smoking these rome reserva real toros for years and have made them my number 1 cigar. However I have bought boxes over the last 3 months (March - June 2019 - both from JR and a local retail store) and they are different. The wrapper seems to be thinner and not the same, the ring gauge smaller and the tobacco is not packed as tight - the cigar is looser. It also tastes different - more harsh. Toro I am on box number 4 and still enjoy the flavors. These guys are one of my go to sticks. I love the modest flavors of coffee and the suggestion of leather with that consistant spice finish. I would suggest giving them a try if you like a medium strength smoke with a modest spice finish that is not to sweet. 5 5 1

Toro First the bad news. Half of a ten pack was too tight to get much smoke or taste. Good news is that the next two I smoked did quite well, maybe some time in the humidor will help. The burn was even and draw tight but got good smoke and smooth leather with good tobacco flavor. The nicaraguan binder adds a subtle spice that really rounds out the flavor. I found that small sips gave the best flavor and built nicely down to the nub. 4 5 1

Toro Got one of these in a JR sampler. It had a very”blond” wrapper, which I normally am not a fan of. This cigar, however, was pretty tasty. Medium bodied, but rolled a little too tight. The draw was a little hard, even after 10+ months in the coolerdor. 4 5 1
Toro I bought these and 3 out of the first 4 were plugged. Even when they were not totally plugged, still hardy the heck to get any flavor or smoke. Maybe a bad batch. My mistake was to not try them before the 30 day return policy. Waste of $ 78. Learned my lesson, text a few out before the 30 day. So don’t buy quantity. 1 5 1
Toro I got one of these in a value pack of five different cigars. It tasted good and burned evenly, but it didn't want to stay lit. I'd have given it 4 stars if it didn't have such a poor draw. As long as you keep puffing it would stay lit. Maybe I got a bad one. 3 5 1
