Toro The construction is incredible. Firm with an amazing draw no veins I tried to get one to burn unevenly but it naturally fixed itself. The complaints I have read about craftsmanship on this cigar seem ridiculous. It definitely has a smooth and terrific taste but is not bold or full. I definitely got almonds spice and earth but am thankful I could not taste cocoa. I am tired of burnt tasting bold cigars that try to recover the flavor profile by being chocolatey. This one however is smooth flavorful delicious and well crafted there are not many better cigars on the american market or anywhere for that matter IMHO. 5 5 1
Toro Have smoked four of these got them on special. Great Monta construction and excellent draw. Not your usual Monte flavors but still very interesting. Nice spice and transition s. 4 5 1
Toro Was a nice mild smoke and good flavor. Enjoy it. 3 5 1
Toro I was disappointed with the monte white but was pleasantly surprised with the monte Red. I'll buy these again. 4 5 1
Toro Bought a box of ten 3 months ago. Let them set in a humidor for 30 days first. Just smoked probably the 5th. They are very good. High quality pungent smelling foot. A solid smooth smoke. Medium in body and taste. Great burn right to the nub. Only negative I can post is slightly tight on the roll and that's not been a problem. 5 5 1
Toro This one is right up my alley. Same great construction and burn as other Montes but with a little strength to it. Not overly done but just enough to make it a winner. Definately putting it on my list. Still not as good though as Monte White......but costs less too 4 5 1
Toro I am so disappointed the way A.Fuentes family is allowing the poor construction of these cigars . The last 20 boxes of Monties Red that I purchased 7 out of 10 that's a complete box just burned very badly. I've been smoking for 40 years and love a fine cigar but to pay for a fine cigar and get crappy craftsmantship is unacceptable. I've will no longer buy any reds or monties for that matter. Classics aren't any made any better. 2 5 1
Toro My first Montecristo purchase. Not worth the price. Poor draw and have to re light several times. Arrived hard and dry. Flavor disappointing. 2 5 1
Toro Good draw good construction. Very enjoyable would recommend to anyone who enjoys cigars in the Monte line. 4 5 1
Toro Not my favorite montecristo but it definitely lives up to its name. I didn't get much out of this one though. Still tasty 4 5 1
Toro I got these cigars for free when they got have a promo. Glad I did. It's a good cigar 4 5 1
Toro I've always loved the MonteCristo cigars. I really like pretty much everything that they make. The MonteCristo Red is a really nice stick. The red is smooth like most of the the other MonteCristo cigars. Almost always consistent with the exception of a few. And unlike the Monte and the 4x44 (light or dark) I've had lately they don't require as much time in humidor. They are somewhat like the classic with a little more spicyness and kick. I definitely recommend this cigar expecially if they are on sale. 4 5 1
Toro Slightly stronger then the original MC but a very good cigar. 4 5 1
Toro This is a very good cigar. Smooth tasty burns well can smoke to the end draws well a classic Montecristo. 5 5 1
Toro Great flavor from start to nub. Little bit of a snug draw. Good performance. Very nice cigar for the price point. 4 5 1
Toro very consistent very well made. a little tight on the draw but burn was good and even. flavor seemed stronger and spicier/more leathery than the original series 4 5 1

Toro Short & sweet review. One word Excellent!!! 5 5 1
Toro Great cigar! If you love Montecristo you will definitely want to have these in your humidor. Not an everyday cigar but nice to have a few around when you're feeling good about life and just want to celebrate being alive. My favorite of the MC's...only better MC is the Cuban No. 2. 5 5 1
