Toro I don't submit reviews often but i have enjoyed these gars. They are rolled a little loose but a small punch that isnt deep solves that problem for me. I prefer cigars in the $5-$10 range but this batch has been an excellent every day alternative smoke. I sometimes gamble with inexpensive alternatives and this time I found a winner. I just ordered some more expensive gars to enjoy but i will order more of these if they stay priced right. 4 5 1
Toro I purchased ABSGT10 to A/B these. Draw quality has been consistently amazing in the EEs. The ash has been pretty solid - fairly minimal fraying if any. Burn isn't always perfect - if a small run forms it'll even itself out - happens with short filler. Flavor wise it's good - along the entry level side for a maduro. That's not a bad thing - like a young Ardmore scotch to a Lagavulin 16. This EE would be the Ardmore and a vintage Rocky Patel would be the Lagavulin - both good - one more refined than the other. It can get a little 'harsh' but nothing off-putting. Comparing it to the Alec Bradley I'm just as happy having one or the other. I also purchased Punch maduro and that cigar had a tighter draw - but a more refined flavor. Bang for your buck - as people have stated - this is an amazing value every day stick. I'm not disappointed my humidor is 75% these right now. 4 5 1
Toro Wonderful and delicious everyday stick. I'm always on the lookout for budget-friendly decent cigars and this is THE best price/quality balance that I've had in many years. Maduro wrapper is flavorful and rich. It ain't no JR Ultimate but then again it's not as pricey either. Will order again. 4 5 1
Toro Okay J&R fellows got to go where you say the word short filler. Yeah it's a great cigar for a buck but it's still short filler you can compensate for it if you know but you got to be honest. Long fillers burn cooler burn slower. Selling is one thing but at least you got to tell the truth on this major feature about this cigar 3 5 1
Toro I tell you for about a buck per stick I thinks it's one of the best deals going. I use a V cut cutter which helps keep the draw consistent and the structure sturdy. Get'em you won't be disappointed. 5 5 1
Toro These and the La Finca are my go-to cheap smokes. Decent flavor even burn. Smooth good filler. They burn a little quick though. Seeing if aging some in the humidor helps. The ammo can is kinda cool and has a slot for humidity packets. Would buy again especially when they have the discount. 4 5 1
Toro Great cigar and good price I will be ordering again 5 5 1
Toro Just got my backorder and fired one up...great burn fine flavor easy on the pocket hope the rest are the same thanks JR 4 5 1
Toro I buy a bundle of these every month and a half. They’re a great cheap go to cigar for every day. 4 5 1
Toro Has a wang to them I couldn’t get around. Rosa Cuba is 4x the stick as this and I’m back to those for sure. I actually gave or threw away most of the easy eddies. Even for a daily it’s a bad cigar. 1 5 1
Toro I know they are cheap but these are really bad. Construction, draw nothing goo about them 1 5 1
Toro Good everyday smoke. Even burn and good draw. Always have these on hand when just want a smoke while I cut the lawn. 3 5 1
Toro I don’t know who Eddie is or was but the man knows cigars. These cigars are damn good for the price. They would be damn good at double the price. I’ve smoked four since I got them and so far a perfect burn on every one. They are medium in strength and good in taste. They will be a regular in my humidor. You won’t go wrong with these. 4 5 1
Toro For a cigar less than $2 you won't find any better. Good flavor and decent construction. Sure once in a while the draw may be tight but considering what you get at the price it's more than tolerable. Much better than La Finca since these have no hint of bitterness. A very enjoyable smoke at a incredible price. No disappointment if you must toss a couple which so far has not been the case. Surprise yourself and give them a try. 3 5 1
Toro Great for cutting the grass grilling or just an everyday smoke. Construction- good when its good and a disaster when its bad. 20% are badly peeling. Favor is great but not consistent on every pull. I took a gamble buying these and im not disappointed other than the fact that I apparently paid more than the rest of the reviews here. I get 9 promotional emails a day and none are relating to these. Overall a good buy for under a dollar a stick but I would not buy these for more than that like I did. 4 5 1
Toro The flavor of these sticks is at best - nasty. I got a box due to wanting some cheap yard work cigars and the intro on the JR page sounded good. I can tell you that I have had better cigars from my grandfathers ashtray when I was 15 years old! Please do not waste your money on these. JR has many in similar price range with much better taste and quality. Draw was perfect on every one but flavor was nasty. Consistency also ranked a 2 because they were consistently nasty from stick to stick 3 5 1
Toro Nice everyday smoke you can smoke anytime. I'm a sewer and drain cleaning tech. So smoking one of these helps me through my dirty jobs. 3 5 1
Toro For the price I don't think you can find a better value. It has become my go-to everyday smoke. 4 5 1
Toro This cigar sucks. The taste burn aroma there nothing good about this cigar I like now I'm stuck with fifty plus cigars I don't want .I order the Madurai they are terrible 2 5 1
Toro For the money this is a steal This rating doesn't mean it's a Patron but a nice maduro that has body and tastes good No better cheap maduro 5 5 1
Toro Better cigars got around the same price 2 5 1
Toro I have been buying cigars from you for a few years. This time I decided to try something different. This is the worst cigar, i have ever smoked. 1 5 1
Toro Unless you get these as a flash sale, don't spend a hundy to obtain. They are good smokes, but the prices have crept up. Wait for flash sale to purchase. 3 5 1
Toro Good smoke good flavor 5 5 1
Toro Good price 5 5 1
Toro Good cigar. Tasty. Great price. 4 5 1
Toro Good cigar for the price, not a great cigar but you can't expect that when you paying these prices 3 5 1
Toro This cigar is outstanding, the best for this low price. It is an every day cigar for me. It has smooth flavors of Chocolate, Espresso and wood. Very well made, nice Wrapper, even burn, easy draw and the Ammo Can is nice! 5 5 1
Toro If there was a general category for "cheap cigars (let's say under $1.25), then I would give this 5-Stars. I'm a regular cigar smoker and as such I have two stashes of cigars: those I burn all the time and the good ones that I hide from my brother-in-law. These are the smoke I share with my brother-in-law. 5 5 1
Toro Perfect draw, perfect construction, great flavor and aroma 5 5 1
Toro At his price, this is a great cigar. Despite being a filler cigar, the construction is good. I make sure I make as small a cit as possible to prevent the short tobacco from coming on the smoking end. Have ordered them before and will order them again when this ammo box is empty. 5 5 1
Toro Bought these on sale. It's a good everyday cigar. The construction is good. Burn good. The ash ok. Smoke is good. Would buy again. The ammo box is cool. 4 5 1
Toro I Was Pleased. For the $$ it is a Great Cigar. It can get a bit heated or harsh when you smoke it down to the "ashes are falling behind my teeth" nub. But, at this price you can afford to toss the last inch. 5 5 1
Toro This is a decent stick for the price point. A good yard, fishing, dog walking, or hand out stick to newbies. I use a punch to keep the cut small due to short filler. 4 5 1
Toro Have had a few that where cracked could not keep lited same . 3 5 1
Toro I have purchased this cigar for many years and I am very satisfied. Great smoking cigar for a very good price. 5 5 1
Toro At less than a buck and a half a piece, the Easy Eddie Stogies are the best deal at JR. Both wrappers have consistent construction, burn, draw and taste. This is the perfect everyday cigar. As an added bonus, you get the 60 count in a cool ammo box. 4 5 1
Toro Ordered on 4/7/21. Have not received my order and it’s 4/23/21. 3 5 1
Toro I can afford to smoke 2 or 3 of these a day, great every day smoke 4 5 1
Toro These are $1 cigars. They need some love and care and you need to know how to properly humidify and maintain them to get the peek smoke out of them. The wrapper can be a bit thin and needs to be a little more humid than a typical cigar. But if you are patient and do everything right these will smoke like a $6/$8 cigar. Well worth they buy. 4 5 1
Toro Burns very quickly, but a nice flavor. Do not clip the end- punch a hole! Surprisingly good taste at this price and I would buy more when on sale. Some need to be placed in a humidor and some have extremely thin outer wrapper. Great everyday smoke and fine for the golf course! 4 5 1
Toro I bought these a while ago and was very disappointed. I know they are cheap but very poor construction 2 5 1
Toro Has good flavor and good draw but use a punch cut or you will get bits of filler in your mouth. Burns good and can't beat the price. 3 5 1
Toro Great smoke for the price. Hard to beat. Consistent and easy. Great for the novice and the recreational smoker. Balance and a good smoke. 4 5 1
Toro This isn't an expensive cigar, and it reflects that. But, it's a very good cigar when compared to other $2 cigars. 3 5 1
Toro Good for the price 4 5 1
Toro Great for golfing. 5 5 1
Toro Burns consistent Great for the golf course. 4 5 1
Toro Absolutely love these cigars!!! 5 5 1
Toro Very good 5 5 1
Toro Cheap ok for everyday at work. 3 5 1
Toro VERY GOOD CIGARS. 5 5 1
Toro Cigars came extremely dry, tried returning it but the return portal said to keep the cigars and they will refund the money minus shipping within 3 days, it’s been a week now still haven’t gotten my refund. Called JR customer service today and the guy told me he didn’t see that I could keep the cigars in the system? Very frustrating 1 5 1
Toro A good everyday stick at a really great price. 4 5 1
Toro One of the best smokes for the price you could ever find. 4 5 1
Toro Nice 5 5 1
Toro The last ammo box received seemed noticeably better than the previous ones. The sticks were better constructed with an appropriate amount of filler and the wrappers weren't coming undone while smoking. I hope they will be able to maintain this level of quality despite the low price-point. 5 5 1
Toro These are Great, for snow blowing, plowing, mowing, and such. They have a good flavor, and they generally burn well. And if they get wonky in the wind, you’re not out $8. It easily is my everyday cigar! 5 5 1
Toro Smokes well. 4 5 1
Toro I smoke 3-4 cigars a day and am always looking for a good cigar and a lower price. This cigar meets that criteria. It is an overall good cigar at a reasonable price should I have to put it out before I am finished with it. At about $2 each if I have to waste half of it, then I haven’t wasted much. The cigar is flavorful, and has a good consistent draw. I would say for my taste it is a medium to full bodied cigar. The manufactures sticker on the bottom of the ammo box says Placencia Cigars. 4 5 1
Toro I'm relatively new to the cigar scene, but I've enjoyed cigars for about 5 years now. This is my third order for the Easy Eddie's Stoagies. For the price, you won't find a better every day smoke. Good draw, no canoeing, good flavor, and not dried out. 10/10, highly recommend! 5 5 1
Toro Not a world-beater by any means, but for the money, it gets the job done. 3 5 1
Toro Less maduroey and just plain more strong. A solid daily smoke lacking a bit in nuance but tasty nonetheless. Good burn if not a little stubborn. A tad strong for me, leaves me a little keak in the wnees sometimes. A manly smoke like Eddie himself. 5 5 1
Toro Great every day cigar 5 5 1
Toro Good flavor no bite 5 5 1
Toro Smooth 5 5 1
Toro It is a good daily smoke. It won't dazzle you, but that isn't why you are buying it. 4 5 1
Toro Like my new ammo box and the cigars are an easy smoke. 4 5 1
Toro Doesn’t always burn well but has an enjoyable flavor 4 5 1
Toro Purchase them often...price and quality are right there! 4 5 1
Toro I like maduro smokes, I am also not made of money. This is very nice cigar that burns even, has a little peppery flavor and is less than $2 a stick!! Not to mention the ammo box comes in handy for a bunch of uses. I am on my 5th box and plan on buying more soon. Is it as good as an Avo maduro or an Oliva V.... no, but it's close enough to keep me happy cutting the lawn or working in the shop. Not to mention I don't swear as much when I get busy and have relight it. Did I mention they are LESS than $2!!! 4 5 1
Toro Easy Eddies are very good cigars. 4 5 1
Toro Great everyday cigar. Occasionally an uneven burn or tight draw but most are good. Good flavor, med to strong. I smoke these daily. 4 5 1
Toro Now, I'm not going to try to convince you that these are as good as a "name brand" $6+ Maduro, but for around $2/stick, I've found nothing better. Draw, Construction, and flavor are very hard to beat at this price range. I smoke 2-3 cigars a day, so these end up being one of those each day. People these days spend more than that on their fancy lattes. 5 5 1
Toro These are a nice, mild smoke, with a light, slightly sweet back taste. Thoroughly enjoyable. 5 5 1
