Freshness is the major problem as some orders are very fresh some are somewhat stale and hard and some are mixed (one box good one box stale).. 3 5 1

Grenadiers Service when I ordered was excellent, Quality of A&C cigars has been going downhill. Wrappers are sometimes very hard to remove, poked holes in cigars, wrappers unrolling when I cut the end and lately there have been bug holes coming out of the cigars making them un-smokable. Wish I could find another brand. 2 5 1

Grenadiers I have called twice to inform JR that their price is 10% higher than Thompson's .... both times JR has match the Thompson price, which is good, but why don't you just adjust your advertised price to match Thompson's ???? Grenadiers the wrappers are hard to open without breaking the cigar . a while ago almost half the cigars had holes in them. I think jr are buying seconds. they didn't do anything to make good. 2 5 1
