Toro Gordo Picked up one of these looking for something new. I'd sampled the Gordo Extra while traveling last month, and was struck by how much more flavorful this was in a smaller size. The Toro Gordo was spicy, Agree with the reviewer before who commented on the cedar and sweet citrus notes. Nice, white ash, even burn with no need for touchups. Would characterize it as more full-flavored. Would buy again. 4 5 1

Toro Gordo 6 × 60 MFJGTG

Literally translated as fat Toro, this medium bodied smoke has a 60-ring gauge and a whole lot of flavor. It uses rich, vintage tobaccos from the fertile fields of Nicaragua. Its wrapper hails from Connecticut and has been fermented into a dark, rich, and sweet Maduro. Packaged in a box of 20.
