Privada No. 2 The presentation is great. When you first open the cigar it is wrapped in a thin cedar sleeve. There is a second label underneath the first label attached to the sleeve; excellent attention to detail. Felt a little firm but softened nicely as I smoked it. Nice wrapper good draw low smoke low odor smooth subtle pleasant taste. Definitely a more mild cigar. Burned slow. Ash held together well. Overall and excellent and enjoyable cigar. One of my favorites this far! 4 5 1

That is customer service. The quality of the Cigars are always great and really enjoyed your online reviews. Whatever your doing keep doing. I have stopped buy from everyone else. 4 5 1
