I see people asking all the time on fb, people look but they arent really labeled. These are for 9mm pipes drilled for filters to replace the filter. The rubber ring goes toward the stummel/outward from the stem, the rubber ring seals it amand d prevents moisture and tar from building in the stem. Useful for a few bucks if you dont like filters
