AJ turned to some go-to tobaccos to make this 6 x 54 Medium-Bodied gem. Cloaked in an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, the H. Upmann by AJ Fernandez utilizes Nicaraguan and Dominican Republic tobaccos to make up the binder and filler.

With the original San Lotano dating back to pre-Castro Cuba, San Lotano was AJ Fernandez’s grandfather’s favorite cigar. Mil Dias is a popular line from Crowned Heads and has been on a number of our Top 5 lists. But for its first appearance on our Cigar of the Month, we’re adding the new Crowned Heads Mil Dias JR Exclusive. For the Cigar of the Month members, you’ll be getting a sneak peek at the new size from Crowned Heads that’s exclusive to us here at JR Cigar.
For those unfamiliar with this brand, Mil Dias means “1,000 Days”, which this brand took from inception to completion. Jon Huber teamed up with Tabacalera Pichardo and Luciano Meirelles of Ace Prime Cigars. This first blend was smoked and tested back in 2017, that eventually came out in 2020.
This new 5.5 x 55 still sports an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper and tobaccos from Nicaragua, Peru, and Costa Rica for the binder and filler. Flavor notes of black pepper, earth, cinnamon, and coffee.

The Kintsugi cigars derive their name from the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold-covered lacquer. The cigar band and the Kintsugi cigar box display this style flawlessly.
